Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed within 7 (seven) Working days from receipt of the item. All items return must be in the same condition as it was sent out (unused and in the original packaging).

If the item was not checked during delivery and are signed for as received in good condition, but later found the item was damaged your insurance claim will not be valid and if We cannot claim for the damage we have the right to reject your claim or replacement the damage item
